For beginners, it is suggested that one read The New Science Of Breath and practice with the CDs RESPIRE-1 and The Six Bridges before making an appointment. Both are included in COHERENT BREATHING – The Basics package highlighted to the left.

For those that purchase “The Basics” and complete a 75 minute tutorial (about the method), they will be credited with completing Coherent Breathing Part I and receive the commensurate certificate.
